Best Upcoming Android Phones
There are tons of Android phones coming out every year along with a diversity of features, prices, software and hardware. Over the past few months, we have seen a variety of Android phones from leading smartphone brands like Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Google, OnePlus, OPPO, vivo, etc. as well as the newly released iPhone 11 series from Apple. We’re not expecting another iPhone until 2020, but Android phone brands will keep pumping out phones during upcoming months. Let’s take a look at the most anticipated Android phones.

Google Pixel 4 and Pixel 4XL

Google has let the world know that its upcoming Pixel 4 family will come out on October 15, by launching new advertisements in Times Square with its first official look of orange/coral Pixel 4. This Google’s android phone will probably be available in three colors – black, white and coral/orange. Based on the information we have, it seems that the new generation of Google Pixel phone will have a dual-camera instead of its long lasting single-camera on the back. It will use Face Unlock as the only biometric unlock functionality, no longer the fingerprint scanner in this phone.
As for the price, a same range for the Pixel 4 and Pixel 4 XL as the predecessor Pixel 3, which starts at $799 and Pixel 3 XL, which starts ate $899.
Nubia Z20

Chinese phone brand Nubia’s dual screen phone Nubia Z20 has been released in China on August 16, but it will launch globally on October 14.
Nubia Z20 is built on the success of Nubia X, which debuted the phone brand’s dual-screen technology. It features a 6.42-inch primary screen with no bezel or notch and a 5.1-inch secondary display at the back of the phone. The Nubia Z20 doesn’t have front cameras, but features triple rear cameras consisting of a 48MP main camera, 16MP ultra-wide lens, and an 8MP 3x telephoto sensor. This dual screen smartphone packs a Snapdragon 855 Plus chipset, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, and a 4,000mAh battery with 27W wired charging.
OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro

OnePlus has leaked its new upcoming flagship phone OnePlus 7T series by revealing official images of the handset design and the new phones has been confirmed to come to India on September 26, then London on October 10. According to the leaked information, the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro will come with the octa-core Snapdragon 855 plus processor along with a circular camera module on the back housing its rear triple-camera. In the front, the OnePlus 7T series will probably feature a 90HZ AMOLED notch-less display. Much like the OnePlus 7 Pro, 7T might also use a pop-up selfie camera. The OnePlus 7T Pro is very likely to run on OxygenOS based on Android 10 and packs 256GB of inbuilt storage.
Huawei Mate X 5G

Huawei’s first foldable phone Huawei Mate X 5G made its first debut at at MWC 2019 on February 25 and was originally scheduled to launch in June 2019, but due to various factors the launch had to be delayed. The Mate X foldable phone is expected to be released in China in October starting from $1,400/9,999 yuan.
Huawei Mate X is a much-anticipated folding Android phone, which was set to run on Android 9.0 Pie, but due to its postponed launch in October, it might end up running on the latest Android 10. The phone has an 8-inch OLED display that can fold outwards resulting in a front-facing 6.6-inch main display and a 6.38-inch rear display. When unfolded, Mate X transforms into an 8-inch tablet only 5.4mm thick, thinner than the newest iPad, and larger than Samsung’s foldable phone – Galaxy Fold.
OPPO Reno Ace

Chinese leading smartphone maker OPPO has confirmed via Weibo that its next flagship smartphone OPPO Reno Ace will launch at an event on October 10 in China. The released teasers give us a clear first look at the design of the upcoming Android phone.
One of the highlights of the Reno Ace will be the 90Hz AMOLED display. It will have a 6.5-inch screen with full HD+ resolution, a water-drop notch instead of the shark fin pop-up camera seen on the Reno 10x Zoom and latest Reno 2. On the back of the phone is a quad-camera setup, featuring a 48-megapixel primary sensor. Another major feature is that the phone will support 65W Super VOOC fast charging, which allows the Reno Ace’s 4000mAh battery to be fully charged in less than 30 minutes. And this mobile device will be powered by Snapdragon Plus.
Huawei Mate 30/Mate 30 Pro

The Huawei Mate 30 and Mate 30 Pro are one of the best Android phones in 2019. The phones still come with Google’s open source Android operating system, but won’t have “official” access to the Google Play Store or apps like YouTube, Gmail and Google Maps, however, it is proven to be pretty easy to install a full suite of Google apps on the Huawei Mate 30 smartphone, starting with the Google Play store.
The Huawei Mate 30 Pro model has a 6.53-inch curved AMOLED display with support for M-Pen and various gestures that replace the volume keys. It runs on Huawei’s latest Kirin 990 chip with 5G modem, and has a powerful 4,500 mAh battery, which supports super-fast wired and wireless charging in both ways. As for the highlighted camera, the new phone introduces a rear quad-camera setup arranged in a circle module. Its upgraded Leica camera supports amazing video recording features, such as up to 4K 60fps video capture and a mind-boggling 7,680fps at 720p in slow-motion mode.
