Chinese ride-hailing and carpooling startup Dida Chuxing on Oct. 8 filed for an initial public offering on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, sponsored by Haitong International Capital Ltd. and Nomura International (Hong Kong) Ltd.
Bloomberg reports Chinese ride-hailing company Dida Chuxing is expected to raise up to $300 million in a pre-IPO round.
On October 20, Dida, a carpooling and shared travel company, announced it expanded the business scope and officially launched the taxi services. In addition to existing carpooling service, users can hail taxis in the latest version of the Dida App. In addition, the Dida is also engaged in the business contact with Mobike.
